香港文匯報引述韓國《先驅經濟》報道稱,美國汽車“三巨頭”福特、通用、Stellantis都與寧德時代有合作。中國化學與物理電源行業協會數據顯示,2024年,中國鋰離子電池累積出口額為611.21億美元。美國是中國鋰離子電池出口第一大市場,出口金額為153.15億美元,同比增長13%,佔中國鋰離子電池出口額的25%,佔比較2023年提高4.2個百分點。2020年至2024年,作為中國鋰電池產業最大的海外單一市場,美國連續五年穩居第一大出口目的地。
內地《財經》雜誌統計,2024年美國鋰電池進口總額中超過80%來自中國,整個鋰電池供應對中國的依賴度超過70%,特別是儲能系統和低成本電動車需要的磷酸鐵鋰電池,完全依賴中國供應。
黃河科技學院客座教授張翔直接指出,關稅政策影響下,美國對中國製造依賴較高,市場受衝擊較大。他告訴香港文匯報記者:“整車企業在選擇關鍵零部件供應商時,通常需要至少一至兩年的考察與開發周期。這不僅涉及到產品的技術對接,還包括一整套從設計、測試到大規模量產的流程。在電池供應領域尤為如此。以寧德時代為例,其與通用汽車就電池系統的匹配與開發投入了大量時間和資源,確保電池產品能夠滿足通用旗下新能源汽車的性能、安全和續航需求。”所以,一旦確定了配套合作關係,整車廠在短期內更換電池供應商的可能性極低。如果通用汽車決定停止使用寧德時代的電池,不僅需要重新尋找合作夥伴,還需重構電池系統的技術方案,重新進行整車匹配測試和認證。這一過程可能耗時兩年以上,並帶來較大的技術和成本風險。
動力電池佔整車成本30%至40%
此外,美國產的特斯拉亦依賴中國電池。據東吳證券研報,2024年一季度寧德時代美國市場份額為14.3%,這部分市場份額主要是通過出口給特斯拉實現的,特斯拉使用磷酸鐵鋰版本的電池作為標準續航版。儘管2024年美國《通脹削減法案(IRA)》導致退稅減少,影響了寧德時代在美國的市場份額,但隨著和福特、通用、特斯拉等主要汽車製造商的合作,寧德時代預計其在美國市場的份額將逐步提升至15%以上。
“據估算,動力電池約佔新能源汽車整車成本的30%至40%,一旦電池價格上漲1.25倍,整車製造成本將大幅上升。”張翔認為,在這一背景下,儘管美方已對中國產品徵收125%的高額關稅,但美國本土車企短期內仍需繼續從寧德時代採購電池。這將直接推高其新能源汽車的生產成本。這一成本上升最終將由美國消費者承擔,體現在整車售價的大幅提高。此外,隨著美國新能源汽車價格上漲,其在全球市場的價格優勢和性價比也將大幅下降,從而影響其國際競爭力
